No two leadership challenges are exactly the same
That’s why the Visibly Different Programme isn’t one-size-fits-all. Because—and this is an industry secret—that approach only really works for scarves. Or ponchos.
My programmes are built around the real needs of your leaders, teams, and organisation.

What you will get
The right mix of leadership coaching, team development, and structured accountability—fully focused on the results that matter.
My personal favourite? Facilitating conversations between leaders and their team members— so they talk about what really matters and will bring results.
What you won’t get
Out-of-context training that you’ll have almost completely forgotten by Monday. Or Tuesday at best.
What stays the same in every programme?
- A tailored approach – co-designed, because people support best that which they help to create.
- Real alignment – where leaders, teams, and managers work together to create meaningful change.
- Accountability that drives results – a platform that helps leaders and teams track their journey, capture insights, and turn learning into action—and making progress visible.
The Visibly Different Programme is built around your business, and your people, and the shifts don’t just make a difference—they make a visible difference.

What you can expect
Here are a few things the Visibly Different Programme can cover.

A return on investment
If this work isn’t going to have an impact, we don’t do it. Simple as that. So what might we be working on? Helping key leaders make better decisions, manage priorities, and have the difficult conversations sooner. Strengthening leadership presence and confidence so they lead, rather than firefight.
And what about your top teams? When they’re truly aligned and operating as one, fewer decisions get escalated, the right priorities get the focus, and the team steps up with more challenge, feedback, and input—especially in places where it’s been quiet before. The real shift comes when effort turns into actual results, instead of piling up on the nice-to-do list.
Perspectives beyond the boardroom
Power dynamics shape who speaks up and whose ideas get heard. A study by Fast Company shows that over 40% of employees hold back ideas because they don’t think they’ll be taken seriously. I cut through that by gathering input from across the organisation—not just to hand it back, but to shape what happens next.
With leaders, I give them a process to pull in insights from stakeholders, often including a family member because, let’s be honest, they’ll spot the biggest changes first. But feedback and suggestions only matter if they lead to action.
My programmes make sure they do.
Post-it notes (and an absence of tables)
Getting offsite, ditching the boardroom setup, and shifting the dynamic makes a huge difference. Same discussions in the same rooms? Same thinking. Expect movement, conversation, and plenty of post-its.
Also, expect time-efficient coaching sessions often done remotely. I don’t believe in saving up 1:1 coaching for an end-of-the-month marathon—it happens regularly. You practice, reflect, repeat, improve.
And when it comes to 1:1 coaching, expect a good chunk of joint sessions with the manager. That’s where the magic happens. Relationships strengthen. 1:1s get practiced live.
Real Play, instead of Role Play
People don’t learn leadership by talking about it—they learn by doing. Instead of hypothetical scenarios, we work on real situations leaders and teams are facing right now. Expect practical exercises where you apply new approaches in the moment, so the learning sticks.
A measurable difference
I use a coaching platform so you can actually track progress, spot patterns, and hold yourself accountable for making the good stuff happen. When you can see change happening, it’s easier to keep it going.
Starting with the end in mind
Whether it’s leaders or teams, the first question is always: What does success need to look like? From there, we figure out what’s helping, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to change. Then we build a plan that actually works—one that drives real progress, not just another document that gathers dust.
What my clients say about me
James Weelen
"I’ve realised that no matter how senior you are, there’s always room to improve. Corine helped me step out of overwhelm, take control of my time, and lead with confidence. The process helped me - and my team - work better together, and it’s made a real difference."
John Procter
"I've definitely seen a big improvement. I found taking a step back and having Corine help us map it out made it much easier to have what could have been a tricky conversation. And the best thing is that we've kept the momentum going, and now have weekly 121s so we're still having the right
conversations."
Tim Harms
“The senior team is no longer just a group of people who get on - although we do - Visibly Different have professionalised the way we work together giving us confidence in the decisions we’re making.”
Dave Davies
“I found it fun whilst also being challenging. I believe everyone you work with can truly benefit from this experience and grow not only as individuals but also within a team. I only wish I had access to you a long way back. Very thankful we had the opportunity to work together.”
Jake Britten
“The programme strengthened our Senior Team and the organisation as a whole. We had to dig
deep, start from the ground up, and we're now set up for a successful future. I'm not sure we would have managed Covid-19 so well if we hadn't had the input.”
Bruce Allen
“It's about more than just a customer for Corine; she cares deeply about what she does. By the end of the programme those involved were more confident and more leaderful. And what’s more, it’s relieved some of the pressures on me personally – for that, I’m very grateful.”
Luke Webber
“My direct report benefited significantly from the leadership development provided. Her ability to deal with ambiguous challenges as well as her confidence when engaging colleagues and seniors have improved immensely”
Joe Cooper
“As a team we’re functioning much better. People are feeling more confident and more competent in the work. And we’ve learned to challenge each other in a healthy way when something isn’t right.”
Rob Lomas
“Corine’s coaching has given me the courage to make and embrace change and to move forward by making choices that benefit me, not just looking out for everyone else.”
Kevin Parry
“I’m very pleased with the programme, I’m very pleased with Corine, I’m sure the guys would say it’s been extremely useful. It’s fast-tracked a lot of what we were hoping to get - so it’s been bloody useful for the guys and for the business”
Andrew Green
“Coaching with Corine is like visiting a gym of the business mind”
Dear Corine… Answers to the questions you’re (probably) thinking.
Thinking about working with me but have a question? You’re not the first. Here are some from my mailbag.

Our management team is a disaster...
…the culture is toxic and investing in people is about as high on their agenda as bring your pet to work day.
Can you still help us?
Yours sincerely,
John from Accounts
Dear John,
If you think there’s one person in leadership who’s open to change, maybe forward them my number.
Kind regards,
Corine
I need to fix Chris...
…our Head of Sales. How quickly can you do it?
Sincerely,
Sue, Commercial Director
Dear Sue,
The truth is: I don’t fix people. But I do have a 30-Day Reset designed to create alignment, clarity, and better working relationships – which, in turn, means Chris is likely to get what he needs to improve performance.
So if you’re up for working together (rather than just sending Chris in for a repair job), contact me here.
Kind regards,
Corine
My MD says we all need coaching...
…but I’m already a great leader. I think this is a massive waste of time.
From,
Jack, Operations Director
Dear Jack,
I hear you. And as a great leader, you’ll know that everyone has blind spots as well as great strengths.
Before you bin the idea of coaching, step into the shoes of your direct reports. I wonder if they want you to think like a struggling athlete brushing off training – or like a top – performing golfer or tennis player who knows coaching keeps them at their best. If you want to be more like David Beckham than David Brent – let’s have a chat.
Kind regards,
Corine
The top team want something to change...
… in how we work together, but they won’t stand for any woo woo coaching.
Best,
Sophie, Head of HR
Dear Sophie,
I like you already – straight to the point. Here’s the breakdown:
- Want a quick, focused reset for a specific leader? → The 30-Day Reset
- Want to develop leadership skills that actually stick? → The Visibly Different Programme for Leaders
- Need the whole team aligned and pulling in the same direction? → The Visibly Different Programme for Teams
Still not sure? Let’s have a 15 – minute chat and figure it out – no fluff, no time wasted.
Kind regards,
Corine
Do you offer virtual coaching...
…or do we HAVE to do this in person?
Yours faithfully,
Jason, MD
Dear Jason,
It depends on your location. If you’re in St Lucia and it’s not hurricane season, then I definitely have to be in person. For everyone else, it depends.
Coaching works best when it’s in the moment – rather than a marathon. And remote coaching is great for a little-and-often approach. I coach people internationally, and we’ve never met in person – they still get great results.
Teams are a little different, and I aim for a combination of both for maximum trust-building and impact. Send me a message and we can work out the best plan.
Kind regards,
Corine
What's the first step...
…if we want to work with you?
Best regards,
Adam, COO
Dear Adam,
Simple. Book a Teams call with me, and I’ll run a mapping session where we get clear about what success would look like, and you can see me in action.
And I can secretly interview you for suitability – I’m all about having impact, so if I don’t think it’s going to work, I won’t be shy in letting you know. Pop me a message and we can discuss this further.
Kind regards,
Corine

Pack up the poncho - let's chat!
Let’s start a conversation about how you can lead with clarity,
confidence, and lasting impact.
